Every HyTop™ brand item comes with a Satisfaction Guarantee. That's because only products that pass strict tests on three levels get to wear the HyTop label in the first place.

1. At The Plant

Every HyTop manufacturer has been inspected by a third-party auditor to be sure it meets or exceeds the highest HACCP and USDA standards for cleanliness, safety, manufacturing procedure and "national brand equivalent" quality guidelines.

Every manufacturer is reviewed for compliance in food safety, product recall, bioterrorism response, allergens, traceability, country of origin and ingredients.

Auditors then perform additional plant inspections at least once per year to make sure our requirements continue to be met.

2. On Our Labs

Each and every HyTop item is thoroughly tested in our laboratories to ensure the ingredients meet U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and/or United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) standards. Foods undergo scientific ingredient checks and consumer taste tests. We test household and personal care items for safety and performance.

Beyond safety and required measures, we also make sure our products hold up to the more expensive national brands. Just because HyTop helps you save money on food and other necessities doesn't mean you ever have to compromise! We rigorously test against the more expensive big names to make sure the product you buy is the same quality at a lower cost.

3. At The Store

At least once each year, we visit stores that carry the HyTop brand, taking product off the shelf, checking freshness dates, package condition and more to help ensure your complete satisfaction. We bring the products back to the lab and once again put them through the same ingredient, performance, safety and taste tests as before.
